Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

This page explains what 3005 Productions ("we") collects through 3005productions.com, why, who helps us handle it, and what you can ask us to do with it. We keep it short and we mean what it says.

What we collect

Only what you type into our forms:

Like every website, our hosting provider also processes technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you visit. We use it to deliver the site, keep it secure, and stop spam and abuse (for example, limiting how many times a form can be sent in a minute).

How we count visits

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see how the site is doing: how many visits it gets, which pages people view, which website sent them here, the country they visit from, the type of device and browser, and how fast pages load. We see these as totals, not as a record of any one person.

What we don't do

How we use it

To answer your message, schedule and manage your session, send you the calendar invite and any updates about it, text you about your inquiry or booking if you asked us to, keep a signed NDA on file, and keep ordinary business records. That's it. We never use your number for marketing texts.

Who helps us handle it

We use a few service providers to run the site. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

We may also share information if the law requires it. Links to other websites (such as Instagram, LinkedIn, or companies Dwight has worked with) take you to those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to respond to you, provide the service you booked, and keep normal business records. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below).

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@3005productions.com and we'll reply within 30 days. To stop texts, reply STOP to any text from us or use the Text messages page; it takes effect right away.

"Do Not Track"

Because this site doesn't track you across websites or identify you (our visit counts are cookieless totals), it works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Children

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we'll delete it.

Security

The site runs only over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access to booking records is limited to us. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your information seriously.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top before the change takes effect.

Using the site and booking with us are also covered by our Terms of Service.
