How it works
You tell me everything. Budget, timeline, must-haves, dealbreakers, whatever matters to you. The more context the better.
I take that and help you evaluate what you find. Is this listing actually a good fit? Are there red flags? Is anything about this deal off?
What stays yours
You still make the calls, tour the places, and sign your own lease. I'm not your broker and I'm not negotiating for you. I'm the person helping you see clearly while you do it.
